In recent years, the International School for Holocaust Studies at Yad Vashem has been operating Mobile Education Units for school students of various ages. These units travel the length and breadth of the country to bring a creative and innovative Holocaust education program annually to some 27,000 students within their school setting. The rationale behind these units is two-fold:

Yad Vashem is seeking support for the operation of these Mobile Education Units over the 2009 and 2009-10 Academic Years:

Donations of $75,000 and upward can cover the costs of a Mobile Education Unit for one year. The generous donation will be acknowledged with a plaque on the Donors Wall in the International School for Holocaust Studies, as well as a dedication on materials distributed to students participating in these programs.
